19 & Palm is a Dubai-based real estate company dedicated to redefining the ultra-luxury property market. With a mission to offer refined living spaces that embody elegance, exclusivity, and timeless appeal, the brand caters to a discerning clientele who seek experiences more than homes.
01. The Challenge
In the competitive Dubai real estate landscape, especially within the ultra-luxury segment, standing out requires more than just premium offerings. 19 & Palm needed a brand identity that was both memorable and symbolic of their vision - an identity that could reflect sophistication, regional roots, and exclusivity in equal measure.
02. The Solution
Drawing inspiration from the name itself, wed created a visual identity that merges symbolism and elegance:
Logo Design: The palm tree, a strong regional and cultural icon, was subtly integrated into the ampersand (“&”), making it both unique and instantly recognisable.
Typography: A refined serif font was chosen to add class and timeless appeal, aligning with the luxury positioning of the brand.
Colour Palette: Warm, earthy brown tones were selected to reflect the richness of the region and the sophistication of Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
The result was a cohesive identity that feels deeply tied to both place and prestige.

The new brand identity positioned 19 & Palm as a serious player in the ultra-luxury segment. By blending cultural relevance with modern elegance, the logo and branding system immediately communicated exclusivity, trust, and distinction. The brand now has a visual identity that resonates with its high-net-worth clientele and reflects its mission of redefining luxury living in Dubai.
